A comedy thriller following the story of Peter Shad (Nick Mohammed), a lowly, naive defence lawyer who dreams of one day taking on a murder trial. His ambitions suddenly become a grim reality when he meets a mysterious woman named Trish (Aimee-Ffion Edwards). Also guest stars Mark Addy and Philippa Dunne.
